Who are the world’s very best employers for older workers and what kinds of things might they do to earn that accolade? The AARP, the US- based not for profit organisation, is searching for entrants to its prestigious Best Employers International (BEI) Award for which entries are now open. The UK’s TAEN – The Age and Employment Network, is supporting them. The select few to be awarded the Oscar-like Best Employers International trophy will be invited to a high-profile event in San Diego, California in September 2014.
