A man in his 80s was struck by a car along the Bridgnorth Road, in Wollaston, Stourbridge at around 2.50pm yesterday. Police closed off the road for more than two hours and the man was taken to Birmingham's Queen Elizabeth Hospital after suffering lower back pain, cuts and bruises.
Any foolish attempt to cut pensions will be attended by the shade of Ernest Blythe
