Advice NI and the Rights 4 Seniors team are beginning another exciting project: developing and managing a web portal for older people in Northern Ireland.
A web portal, as defined in the online Oxford Dictionary, as "an internet site providing access or links to other sites". It is the first point of access - a gateway - to wonderful world of the web.
